Acritic Perfumes prioritizes customer satisfaction while following strict hygiene standards. Due to the intimate nature of perfumes, opened or used products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded—once unsealed, they cannot be resold for safety reasons.
Eligible Cases Only
- Refunds or replacements granted solely for:
- Damaged products (leakage, breakage) upon delivery.
- Missing items or wrong product shipped.
- Non-delivery (marked delivered but not received).
Claims require unboxing video, photos of issue, and original packaging—submit within 24 hours via support@acriticperfumes.com or WhatsApp. No claims for scent dislike, size regrets, or personal sensitivities.
Process & TimelinesContact support immediately; we inspect claims promptly. Approved replacements ship free (our error only); refunds to original payment in 7-10 business days post-verification. Delivery charges non-refundable.
Cancellations allowed pre-dispatch (2% fee); shipped orders final.
